I hold a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry with Management from Warwick University - Warwick Business School and PGCE from Kings College London University. My career started as a Teacher, during which I went from an Ofsted Outstanding-rated educator to a Teaching and Learning Lead, working across the private and state sector, as well as internationally.
With a background in chemistry and management, I understand both the technical complexity your teams work with and the business strategy driving your organisation.
I align learning initiatives with business goals and bring them to life through engaging learning experiences. My design thinking approach combines user empathy, creativity, behavioural psychology with business strategy, whilst ensuring solutions are learner-centred and data-driven to deliver meaningful impact.
